This is a plain description of what actually happens with your data on this site — not a formal legal policy.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, the name, contact details (email and/or WhatsApp number), link and message details you enter are sent by email to me (hab.habibe.el@gmail.com) using a transactional email provider (Resend), for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. Your reply-to address is set to the email you entered, so I can reply directly.
Submissions aren't stored in a database on this site, sold, or shared with any third party beyond the email provider used to deliver the message. A basic anti-spam check (a hidden honeypot field and a simple rate limit) runs on submission; no other tracking happens as part of the form.
Growth report and email list
When you request a growth report, the website address, name and email you enter are stored in a database (Supabase) together with the generated report, so the report link keeps working, a copy of the report can be emailed to you, and I can follow up about it. To build the report, your website's public pages are read and sent to xKiro, an AI gateway that passes them to Cohere and OpenAI models (to write it and to check AI search), Tavily (to read pages and search for competitors) and Google PageSpeed Insights (to measure speed). Your IP address is kept only as a one-way hash, for rate limiting. Anyone with the report link can open it, but it never shows your email.
Your email is added to my tips list only if you tick the box for it, and the exact wording you agreed to is recorded with the date. Every tips email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Email me to have a report or your details deleted.
Analytics
This site counts, in its own database, clicks on its contact buttons, sent contact forms and started growth reports: the page and button, the language, phone or computer, the name of the site you came from and any campaign tag in the link. That counting uses no cookie and stores no IP address or visitor ID.
It also uses Google Analytics 4 (visits, pages and the same clicks) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymous recordings of how pages are used, with form fields hidden). Both set cookies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing is set until they accept; anyone can change their choice with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Google keeps this data for 14 months.

If you'd like a message you sent deleted from my inbox, email me directly and I'll remove it.
