The problem

Dalali Sport sells sports equipment wholesale to teams, clubs, and schools — a B2B buyer who needs to browse a catalog, compare products, and request pricing without going through a phone call or in-person visit first. A slow or confusing site works against that: wholesale buyers doing due diligence expect to move quickly from "what do you sell" to "how much does it cost."

My role

I worked as the sole developer on this project: implementation, build, and deployment of the site.

What I built

  • A Next.js/React front end organized around product categories, so buyers can get from homepage to a specific product without hunting
  • A quote-request flow so a buyer can ask for pricing directly from a product page, instead of the site being a static brochure with only a phone number
  • A responsive, mobile-first layout, since a meaningful share of B2B buyers in this market browse and message from a phone

What the live site includes today

As of this write-up, the live site serves English, French, and Arabic, and includes a WhatsApp contact option alongside the quote-request form. I'm noting these as observations of the current site rather than claiming credit for every feature present — the site may have been updated since delivery.

Results

I don't have Dalali Sport's own analytics or sales data, so I'm not attaching a lead-volume or conversion number to this case study — doing that without their data would be a guess dressed up as a fact.

Owner TODO: if Dalali Sport can share quote-request volume, search ranking movement, or a customer quote about the new site, that becomes the "Results" section here instead of this note.
