The full digital infrastructure — built to carry advertising, search traffic and direct bookings at scale.
Everything in Growth, built for a business with real volume: architecture that holds up as you add services and cities, landing pages built for ad campaigns, lead-source tracking so you know what each inquiry cost, and a 90-day growth period with priority scheduling.
Starting price · one-time investment, scoped to the job
Website + advanced architecture + advertising-ready system + launch + 90-day growth period + team training
- Clear scope before work starts
- No surprise website subscription
- You keep ownership of the website
The website is only the beginning.
I don't build pages and disappear. The build is one step in a longer sequence — and the steps after launch are the ones most businesses never get.
- Website
- Architecture
- Keyword strategy
- Ad landing pages
- Full schema
- AI-search structure
- Profiles
- Lead tracking
- Launch
- 90-day optimisation
- Team training
- Roadmap
After launch I keep working on the foundation: checking whether search engines can actually see your pages, watching what competitors change, improving the pages people land on, setting up the profiles that matter, reviewing where traffic comes from, and teaching you and your team to use the whole thing properly. That runs for 90 days after your site goes live.
Is Authority the right one?
The fastest way to waste money here is buying the wrong level. This is where each one fits.
Authority fits if…
- You already spend on ads, or you're about to, and need somewhere worth sending the clicks
- You handle real inquiry volume and need to know what each lead cost you
- You're paying meaningful commission to booking platforms and want that back
- You're adding services, cities or languages and need a structure that survives it
Look at another package if…
- You're at the start and just need to exist online — start with Launch
- You want the acquisition foundation without ad infrastructure — Growth is the better value
I'd rather point you at the right one than sell you the big one.
What changes for your business
Paid traffic lands somewhere built for it
Dedicated landing pages for campaigns, so the click you paid for meets the specific offer it was promised instead of a general homepage.
You know what each inquiry cost
Lead-source tracking ties every inquiry back to the ad, post or search that produced it, so budget decisions stop being guesswork.
Direct bookings over platform bookings
The whole system is built to give returning customers a reason and a route to book with you instead of through a platform taking a cut.
What this work costs separately
Bought piece by piece, this work typically runs 12,300–24,400+ MAD. Here's the arithmetic, openly.
These are estimated ranges for what each piece tends to cost when bought on its own in this market — not a crossed-out price, and not a discount. What they show is where the work sits.
Bundling it into one project is cheaper for a second reason: the strategy, website, search setup, tracking and follow-up stay connected. Paying four people to solve four parts separately means nobody owns the result, and the parts don't line up.
Every piece, and why it earns its place
The full scope, group by group. Open any group to see what I actually do, the problem it solves, and what your business ends up with.
The website build
Everything in Growth, plus the architecture and ad infrastructure a higher-volume business needs.
- Architecture built to grow
- Advertising-ready landing pages
- High-intent pages
- Custom booking and quote flows
Why each of these matters
Architecture built to grow
I design the URL structure, navigation and page hierarchy to absorb new services, cities and languages without a rebuild.
- Why it matters
- Sites outgrow their structure. Bolting pages onto a small-site architecture is why businesses pay for a second website in two years.
- What you get
- Adding a service or a city is a page, not a project.
Advertising-ready landing pages
I build a landing page system for campaigns — one focused offer, one action, no navigation competing for the click.
- Why it matters
- Ad clicks sent to a homepage convert worst. The visitor has to re-find what the ad promised.
- What you get
- Your ad budget lands on pages built to convert it, and new ones can be produced quickly.
High-intent pages
I build separate pages for the people ready to buy, distinct from the ones still researching.
- Why it matters
- One page written for both audiences serves neither well.
- What you get
- Ready-to-buy visitors get the shortest path to contacting you.
Custom booking and quote flows
Where a standard form won't do, I build the inquiry experience around how you actually take work.
- Why it matters
- Complex services lose people to forms that don't fit what they're asking for.
- What you get
- Complicated inquiries arrive complete instead of turning into five messages.
Search, AI and discovery
The full structural programme — everything in Growth plus site-wide architecture work.
- Site-wide SEO structure
- Advanced internal linking
- Full structured data
- Keyword strategy across the site
Why each of these matters
Site-wide SEO structure
I organise the whole site so crawlers reach and understand every page, not just the homepage and a few links.
- Why it matters
- Large sites bury pages where crawlers rarely go, and those pages never get a chance.
- What you get
- The whole site competes, instead of three pages carrying it.
Advanced internal linking
I link deliberately so your strongest pages pass authority to the ones that need it.
- Why it matters
- Internal links are the one ranking factor you fully control, and most sites waste them.
- What you get
- New and weaker pages get lifted by pages that already perform.
Full structured data
Complete schema across the site — business, services, products, locations, FAQs, reviews.
- Why it matters
- Partial schema means search engines and AI tools describe you from guesswork.
- What you get
- Search and AI tools describe your business the way you'd describe it.
Keyword strategy across the site
Research mapped to a full page plan, including terms you can't win yet and the route to them.
- Why it matters
- Chasing only easy terms caps your ceiling; chasing only hard ones produces nothing for a year.
- What you get
- A plan that produces inquiries now and builds toward the competitive terms.
Profiles and traffic routing
Relevant profiles are reviewed and prioritised based on your business, then wired into one system.
- Multi-profile optimisation
- Campaign-aware routing
- A direct-booking strategy
Why each of these matters
Multi-profile optimisation
Google Business, Maps, social and the directories and booking platforms that matter in your category, reviewed and aligned.
- Why it matters
- Higher-volume businesses appear in more places, and each stale listing is a leak.
- What you get
- Every place you appear is accurate and sends people the right way.
Campaign-aware routing
Links from every platform and campaign are tagged and pointed at the right page.
- Why it matters
- Untagged links make it impossible to tell which platform or post did the work.
- What you get
- Traffic arrives in the right place and is attributable when it does.
A direct-booking strategy
We build a deliberate plan for shifting repeat and referral customers off commission platforms and onto your own channel.
- Why it matters
- Platform commission compounds. Every direct booking is margin you keep.
- What you get
- A growing share of bookings arrives without a commission attached.
Where people find you
- Google Search
- Google Maps
- TripAdvisor
- Directories
- Ads
- Referrals
Your website
A site you own, where the offer is clear and the next step is obvious.
- Direct inquiry
- WhatsApp message
- Booking or quote request
No commission, and the customer relationship stays yours.
Images, content and presentation
Premium visual treatment, and content structured around selling.
- Premium image and video treatment
- Rich visual storytelling
- Content and offer strategy
- Trust and authority sections
Why each of these matters
Premium image and video treatment
Full visual pass: correction, framing, consistent treatment across the site, and video handled properly where you have it.
- Why it matters
- At higher price points, presentation is the offer. Inconsistent visuals read as inconsistent service.
- What you get
- The site carries the standard your pricing implies.
Rich visual storytelling
Custom galleries and sequences that walk a customer through the actual experience.
- Why it matters
- People buy experiences they can picture. A grid of photos isn't a story.
- What you get
- Customers arrive already able to imagine it, and ask better questions.
Content and offer strategy
We work through positioning, packaging and what to publish — then I structure the site around it.
- Why it matters
- Presentation problems are usually offer problems wearing a design costume.
- What you get
- A clearer offer, presented in the order that sells it.
Trust and authority sections
Credentials, results, guarantees, press and proof built in where decisions get made.
- Why it matters
- Higher prices need more proof, and it has to appear before the ask.
- What you get
- Bigger inquiries stop stalling at the trust question.
The conversion system
Everything in Growth, plus continuous improvement against real numbers.
- Advanced conversion optimisation
- Funnel and follow-up integration
- Ad-ready conversion setup
Why each of these matters
Advanced conversion optimisation
Through the 90 days I change layout, copy and flow based on where visitors actually stop.
- Why it matters
- Nobody predicts conversion correctly upfront. It's found by watching.
- What you get
- The site improves against your real visitors, not my assumptions.
Funnel and follow-up integration
Where it makes sense, I connect the site to the tools you use to follow up on leads.
- Why it matters
- Inquiries that sit in an inbox go cold, and nobody can tell which were lost.
- What you get
- Inquiries land where your team will actually act on them.
Ad-ready conversion setup
Conversion events configured so ad platforms can be given something real to optimise toward.
- Why it matters
- Ad platforms optimise toward whatever you measure. Measure clicks and you buy clicks.
- What you get
- When you do advertise, the platform optimises for inquiries.
Analytics, tracking and reporting
Built to answer what each inquiry cost and where it came from.
- Lead-source tracking
- Advanced analytics setup
- Reporting you'll actually read
Why each of these matters
Lead-source tracking
Every inquiry is tied back to the page, campaign, platform or search that produced it.
- Why it matters
- Without it, budget goes to whichever channel is loudest rather than most productive.
- What you get
- You can defend or cut any channel with evidence.
Advanced analytics setup
Events, funnels and conversion paths configured around your business, not defaults.
- Why it matters
- Default analytics answers questions you don't have and misses the ones you do.
- What you get
- You can see where people drop out, specifically.
Reporting you'll actually read
I set up a short view of the handful of numbers that matter and teach you to read it.
- Why it matters
- Dashboards with forty metrics get opened twice and abandoned.
- What you get
- A few minutes a week tells you whether it's working.
The 90-day growth and optimisation period
Launch is when the real problems appear — the pages nobody visits, the form nobody submits, the search nobody finds you for. This is the part that fixes them.
Foundation and launch
Get the full infrastructure live and verified end to end.
- Final quality pass across every page, breakpoint and flow
- Technical SEO, sitemap, crawling and indexing verification
- Search Console, analytics, conversion and lead-source tracking confirmed
- Google Business and priority platform profiles connected
- Speed and Core Web Vitals measured with Google's own tools
- Every form, WhatsApp path and booking flow tested end to end
- Landing page system live and ready for campaigns
- Baseline recorded: keywords, traffic, conversion and competitor positions
- First training session with you and your team
Data and improvement
Let real numbers decide what changes.
- Reviewing impressions, clicks, and the searches you actually surfaced for
- Separating pages that perform from pages that don't
- Finding keyword and content openings visible only in real data
- Improving CTAs, service pages and landing pages where visitors drop
- SEO and internal linking adjustments based on Search Console
- Competitor re-check for changes worth reacting to
- Removing friction found in inquiry and booking flows
- Reviewing lead sources: what's producing, what's noise
- Second training session, walking your team through the numbers
Growth and handover
Leave you with a stronger system and a clear plan you can run without me.
- Final SEO and conversion adjustments
- Last competitor and market review
- Content roadmap: what to publish next and in what order
- Further profile and listing optimisation
- Full performance review against the month-one baseline
- Keyword opportunities worth pursuing over the next year
- Final training: analytics, Search Console and site management
- Written growth roadmap with priorities and reasoning
Exactly which of these happens depends on your business and what the data actually shows. I'm not going to pretend I know in advance which page will underperform — the point of the period is to find out and act on it.
Included in the 90-day growth and optimisation period
- Bug fixes on anything I built
- Copy, image, offer and layout changes on existing pages
- SEO, schema and internal linking adjustments driven by data
- Conversion improvements across pages and flows
- Additional landing pages within the agreed system
- New blocks and sections inside existing pages
- Three training sessions, with priority response throughout
Quoted separately
- Entirely new site areas beyond the agreed architecture
- Additional languages that weren't scoped
- Third-party systems requiring custom development
- Full redesigns of what we agreed
- Ad management, ad spend or content production at volume
Not a trap — just the honest line between improving what we built and building something new. Anything here gets its own scope and price.
I don't only look at your website. I look at the market around you.
Building in isolation is how businesses end up with a site that's lovely and invisible.
- Market
- Competitors
- Search results
- Customer expectations
- Opportunities
- Your strategy
What I look at
- Who ranks above you for every service that matters, and why their pages win
- Competitor positioning, packaging and public pricing presentation
- What their reviews reveal that customers care about and complain about
- Their content, FAQs, keywords, images, CTAs and proof
- Their profiles, directory presence and visible mentions
- Gaps nobody in your market is covering yet
What I'm looking for
- What search results seem to reward in your category
- What customers clearly expect before they make contact
- What competitors genuinely do well
- Where you can look different instead of louder
- Which openings competitors are leaving uncovered
The goal isn't to copy anyone. It's to understand what the market already rewards, then find the gap you can own.
You get a partner, not just a developer
A system nobody knows how to use is a system that stops working the week after handover. So I teach it.
What I'll teach you and your team
- How the whole system works and what your team can safely change
- Handling inquiries at volume without good ones going cold
- Using WhatsApp as a sales channel with a process behind it
- Making review collection a routine, not a campaign
- What content and photography to produce, and why
- Reading analytics, Search Console and lead-source reports
- Judging which channels deserve more budget
- Preparing and briefing campaigns against the landing page system
- Improving offers and how services are presented
- The trust and conversion mistakes that quietly cost inquiries
Three sessions across the 90 days — launch, data review and final handover — plus written documentation for your team.
In person in Marrakech
Available for Marrakech-based clients when it's useful to the project, with priority scheduling. Sessions can run on site with your team.
- Sitting with your team to see how customers and inquiries are handled now
- Training the people who answer messages, calls and bookings
- Showing what to update, what to leave alone, and who owns what
- Reviewing Google, social, directory and booking-platform setup together
- Explaining your analytics against how the business actually runs
- Connecting the website to your real daily operation
- Finding gaps that are genuinely hard to see remotely
Session count varies by package, and remote works fine — most of my clients outside Marrakech are handled entirely over WhatsApp and calls.
To be straight about the limits: this is practical guidance around the website, search and inquiry system I build for you. I'm not a photographer, an accountant or an ad agency, and I'll tell you when something is outside what I can do well.
Seven steps, agreed before anything is built
You'll know the scope, the price and the dates in writing before I open an editor.
- 01
Business audit
Services, customers, current presence, commission exposure and the competitors above you.
- 02
Strategy
Architecture, page plan, keyword strategy, offers and campaign structure. Scope and dates in writing.
- 03
Build
Design and development, including the landing page system.
- 04
Launch
Search, schema, analytics, conversion and lead-source tracking all connected and verified.
- 05
Grow
90 days of measured optimisation against real traffic and real inquiries.
- 06
Teach
Three sessions plus documentation, so your team owns the system.
- 07
Roadmap
A written growth plan with priorities, reasoning and next keyword targets.
Timeline
Typically 4–6 weeks from content to launch, scoped upfront
Ranges assume content and access arrive on time. The real dates are agreed in writing during Strategy, before any build begins — I don't quote a generic number before I've seen the scope.
What you need to provide
- Services, pricing, packaging and existing material
- Photos and video at full resolution, plus access to capture more
- Brand files, or a decision to develop the visual direction together
- Access to domain, hosting, Google, social and booking platforms
- Translated content for any language in scope
- Ad account access if campaigns are part of the plan
- A decision-maker, and whoever will actually run the system day to day
If content is the bottleneck — and it usually is — I'll tell you early and we plan around it.
What happens after the 90 days
Nothing switches off. There's no subscription to cancel and nothing held hostage.
- Everything is yours — site, accounts, tracking, content and documentation. No subscription
- You have a written growth roadmap covering keywords, content and conversion priorities
- Your team is trained and has documentation to onboard the next person
- The landing page system is ready for campaigns you run yourself
- If you want me on retainer or for specific projects afterwards, that's quoted separately
The three packages side by side

Not sure? Take the smaller one. Stepping up later costs less than paying for scope you didn't need.
The questions people actually ask
Why is this only 1,000 MAD more than Growth?
It starts at 8,000 rather than being fixed at it. Authority is scoped to the job — the architecture, landing page system and 90-day period take substantially more work than Growth, and the final figure reflects the size of your business and the scope we agree. If your needs land close to Growth, I'll tell you to take Growth.
What does 'starting at' actually mean?
8,000 MAD is the floor for the Authority scope. After the audit and strategy step I give you a fixed figure in writing for your specific project, before any build begins. You're never billed a surprise.
Do you run the ads too?
No. I build the infrastructure ads need — landing pages, conversion tracking, measurement — and I'll brief whoever runs your campaigns. Ad management and ad spend are separate and I don't pretend otherwise.
Do you guarantee rankings, leads or revenue?
No. I don't control Google, the ad auction or your market. What I commit to is the work being done properly and you being able to see exactly what's happening in your own analytics and Search Console.
What counts as included during the 90 days?
Bug fixes, optimisation, copy and image changes, SEO adjustments, conversion work, extra landing pages inside the agreed system, and new blocks in existing pages. Entirely new site areas, extra languages or custom third-party development are scoped and quoted separately.
Is 90 days enough to see SEO results?
For some terms yes, for competitive ones no — and I won't pretend otherwise. What 90 days reliably produces is a correctly built foundation, real data about what's working, measurable conversion improvement, and a roadmap for the terms that take longer.
Start the Authority package
Tell me about the business and I'll come back with what I'd actually do first — including whether a smaller package would serve you better.
- Clear scope before work starts
- No surprise website subscription
- You keep ownership of the website
