Build the digital foundation that gets you discovered, earns trust, and turns attention into direct customers.
Everything in Launch, plus the work that actually brings people in: keyword and competitor research, structured data so search engines and AI assistants can quote you, a real inquiry flow, and 60 days after launch where I use your own traffic data to improve what's working.
One-time investment
Website + digital foundation + launch + acquisition setup + 60-day growth period + coaching
- Clear scope before work starts
- No surprise website subscription
- You keep ownership of the website
The website is only the beginning.
I don't build pages and disappear. The build is one step in a longer sequence — and the steps after launch are the ones most businesses never get.
- Website
- Keyword research
- Search setup
- AI-search structure
- Profiles
- Analytics
- Launch
- Traffic review
- Competitor review
- Improvements
- Coaching
After launch I keep working on the foundation: checking whether search engines can actually see your pages, watching what competitors change, improving the pages people land on, setting up the profiles that matter, reviewing where traffic comes from, and teaching you and your team to use the whole thing properly. That runs for 60 days after your site goes live.
Is Growth the right one?
The fastest way to waste money here is buying the wrong level. This is where each one fits.
Growth fits if…
- You want the website to bring in customers, not just exist
- People discover you across Google, Instagram, Facebook or TripAdvisor and you're losing them to those platforms
- You sell several services and each deserves its own page
- You want to know which channels actually produce inquiries
Look at another package if…
- You just need a presence and nothing more — Launch is cheaper and honest
- You're spending real money on ads and need a landing-page system — that's Authority
I'd rather point you at the right one than sell you the big one.
What changes for your business
You get found more often
Each service is structured so search engines understand it separately, using the words your customers actually type — not the words the industry uses.
Platform traffic becomes your traffic
People who discover you on Instagram, Facebook, Google or TripAdvisor are routed to a site you own, with a booking path that doesn't cost you commission.
You can see what's working
By the end of the 60 days you know which pages, searches and channels bring inquiries — and which are noise.
What this work costs separately
Bought piece by piece, this work typically runs 9,300–17,900 MAD. Here's the arithmetic, openly.
These are estimated ranges for what each piece tends to cost when bought on its own in this market — not a crossed-out price, and not a discount. What they show is where the work sits.
Bundling it into one project is cheaper for a second reason: the strategy, website, search setup, tracking and follow-up stay connected. Paying four people to solve four parts separately means nobody owns the result, and the parts don't line up.
Every piece, and why it earns its place
The full scope, group by group. Open any group to see what I actually do, the problem it solves, and what your business ends up with.
The website build
Everything in Launch, built out to carry several services and more than one language.
- A page per service
- Custom page structure
- Multiple languages where needed
- Portfolio and gallery presentation
Why each of these matters
A page per service
I build a dedicated page for each service, written to answer the questions specific to it.
- Why it matters
- One page listing everything competes for nothing. Search engines and customers both want the specific thing.
- What you get
- Each service can be found, shared and sold on its own terms.
Custom page structure
The page architecture follows how you actually sell, rather than a fixed template's idea of it.
- Why it matters
- Template structures force your business into someone else's order of explanation.
- What you get
- The site explains your offer in the sequence that works when you explain it in person.
Multiple languages where needed
I set up Arabic, French or English where your customers need it, with the correct language signals for search.
- Why it matters
- A customer reading in their second language hesitates longer, and search engines serve the wrong version if it isn't marked up.
- What you get
- Each audience reads in their own language and finds the right version.
Portfolio and gallery presentation
I build proper presentation for your work, rooms, vehicles or experiences — organised, fast, and not an afterthought.
- Why it matters
- For anything experiential, people buy what they can picture. Text alone doesn't do it.
- What you get
- Customers can imagine the thing before they contact you.
Search, AI and discovery
The foundation from Launch, plus the research and markup that decides which searches you can realistically compete for.
- Keyword and intent research
- Structured data (schema)
- AI-search structuring
- Internal linking and FAQs
Why each of these matters
Keyword and intent research
I research what people in your market actually search, separate the ones ready to buy from the ones just browsing, and map them to pages.
- Why it matters
- Most small sites are written in the language of the business, not the language of the customer, and compete for terms nobody searches.
- What you get
- Your pages target searches that exist and that come from people close to buying.
Structured data (schema)
I describe your business, services, location and reviews in the structured format search engines read directly.
- Why it matters
- Search engines guess when you don't tell them. Guessing produces worse listings.
- What you get
- Search engines describe you correctly, and your results can carry more detail.
AI-search structuring
I write and structure key pages so assistants like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers can pull a clear, quotable answer about your business.
- Why it matters
- A growing share of people ask an assistant instead of scrolling ten blue links. Pages that don't answer plainly don't get quoted.
- What you get
- You're a candidate to be named when someone asks an assistant for a business like yours.
Internal linking and FAQs
I link related pages deliberately and answer the real pre-purchase questions on the page.
- Why it matters
- Isolated pages are harder to find, and unanswered questions get resolved by leaving.
- What you get
- Stronger pages support weaker ones, and objections get handled before contact.
Profiles and traffic routing
Relevant profiles are reviewed and prioritised based on your business. The goal is one connected system instead of eight separate islands.
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- Routing platform traffic
- A direct-booking path
Why each of these matters
Google Business Profile optimisation
Beyond a cleanup: categories, services, description, photos, review prompts and the links pointing back to the right pages.
- Why it matters
- For a local business this listing often outperforms the website for visibility, and it's usually left at whatever Google auto-filled.
- What you get
- The listing works as a front door instead of a dead end.
Routing platform traffic
I set up the links from Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor and directories so each one lands on the right page, not the homepage.
- Why it matters
- Sending everyone to the homepage wastes the intent they arrived with.
- What you get
- Someone who clicked about one specific thing arrives at that specific thing.
A direct-booking path
We agree how to move platform customers toward contacting you directly, and I build the path for it.
- Why it matters
- Every booking through a third party costs you a commission and the customer relationship.
- What you get
- Repeat customers have a reason and a route to come to you directly.
Where people find you
- Google Search
- Google Maps
- TripAdvisor
- Directories
- Ads
- Referrals
Your website
A site you own, where the offer is clear and the next step is obvious.
- Direct inquiry
- WhatsApp message
- Booking or quote request
No commission, and the customer relationship stays yours.
Images, content and presentation
Choosing and compressing, plus actually repairing what can be repaired.
- Improving weak images
- Offer and content structure
- Social proof system
Why each of these matters
Improving weak images
Where the original allows it, I correct exposure, colour and framing so the place looks like it does in person.
- Why it matters
- Businesses lose work to photos that undersell a genuinely good room, dish or vehicle.
- What you get
- Your presentation matches reality instead of underselling it.
Offer and content structure
We work through how each service is described, priced and ordered — what to lead with and what to leave out.
- Why it matters
- Most inquiries die from confusion about the offer, not from lack of interest.
- What you get
- Customers understand what they're buying before they ask.
Social proof system
I build the places reviews and past work appear, positioned where people hesitate, and show you how to keep them coming.
- Why it matters
- Testimonials buried on their own page don't reach anyone deciding.
- What you get
- Proof appears at the moment it changes the decision.
The conversion system
Everything in Launch, plus a real inquiry flow and measurement of whether it works.
- A qualifying inquiry flow
- Conversion-focused service pages
- Conversion tracking
Why each of these matters
A qualifying inquiry flow
I build an inquiry or booking flow that asks the questions you need answered before you can quote.
- Why it matters
- Vague inquiries cost several messages before you know whether it's worth your time.
- What you get
- Inquiries arrive with enough detail to price and answer.
Conversion-focused service pages
Each service page is written to move one specific customer to one specific action.
- Why it matters
- Pages that inform but never ask are the most common conversion leak.
- What you get
- Every service page has a job and does it.
Conversion tracking
I set up tracking so every form and WhatsApp inquiry is recorded against where it came from.
- Why it matters
- Without it you're guessing which channel deserves your time and money.
- What you get
- You know what produced each inquiry, not just that traffic happened.
Analytics and reporting
Configured to answer business questions, not to produce a dashboard nobody opens.
- Analytics and Search Console
- Channel attribution
Why each of these matters
Analytics and Search Console
Both connected, configured to exclude your own visits, with the reports that matter pointed out.
- Why it matters
- Default installs produce numbers that flatter you and explain nothing.
- What you get
- The numbers describe real customers doing real things.
Channel attribution
I set up tracking that separates Google, Instagram, Facebook, directories and direct visits.
- Why it matters
- Marketing effort goes to whichever channel feels busiest, which is rarely the one producing work.
- What you get
- You can put effort where the inquiries actually come from.
The 60-day growth period
Launch is when the real problems appear — the pages nobody visits, the form nobody submits, the search nobody finds you for. This is the part that fixes them.
Foundation and launch
Get the whole foundation live and verified — not just the pages.
- Final quality pass across every page and breakpoint
- Technical SEO, sitemap and indexing verification
- Search Console, Analytics and conversion tracking confirmed working
- Google Business Profile and platform links connected
- Speed and mobile experience review on real connections
- Forms and WhatsApp tested end to end
- Baseline recorded: starting keywords, traffic and competitor positions
- First coaching session with you or your team
Data and improvement
Use your own numbers to fix what's leaking and push what's working.
- Reviewing impressions, clicks and which searches you surfaced for
- Identifying which pages perform and which underperform
- Finding keyword openings that turned up in real data
- Improving CTAs and service pages where visitors drop off
- SEO adjustments based on what Search Console reports
- Re-checking competitors for changes worth reacting to
- Fixing friction found in the inquiry flow
- Second coaching session, walking through the numbers with you
Exactly which of these happens depends on your business and what the data actually shows. I'm not going to pretend I know in advance which page will underperform — the point of the period is to find out and act on it.
Included in the 60-day growth period
- Bug fixes on anything I built
- Copy, image and offer changes on existing pages
- SEO and technical adjustments driven by real data
- Conversion and layout improvements
- Small new blocks inside existing pages
- Two coaching sessions and answers to your questions throughout
Quoted separately
- Whole new pages or major new sections beyond the agreed scope
- A new language that wasn't scoped
- Custom booking systems or third-party integrations
- Full redesigns of what we agreed
- Ad management or ad spend
Not a trap — just the honest line between improving what we built and building something new. Anything here gets its own scope and price.
I don't only look at your website. I look at the market around you.
Building in isolation is how businesses end up with a site that's lovely and invisible.
- Market
- Competitors
- Search results
- Customer expectations
- Opportunities
- Your strategy
What I look at
- Who ranks above you for the services that matter, and what their pages do
- How competitors position, package and present pricing where it's public
- What their reviews say customers care about — and complain about
- Which questions and content they cover that you don't
- Openings nobody in your market is covering
What I'm looking for
- What search results seem to reward in your category
- What customers clearly expect before they make contact
- What competitors genuinely do well
- Where you can look different instead of louder
- Which openings competitors are leaving uncovered
The goal isn't to copy anyone. It's to understand what the market already rewards, then find the gap you can own.
You get a partner, not just a developer
A system nobody knows how to use is a system that stops working the week after handover. So I teach it.
What I'll teach you and your team
- How the site works and what you can safely change yourself
- Handling inquiries so good ones don't go cold overnight
- Using WhatsApp properly as a sales channel, not just a chat
- Collecting reviews and testimonials as a habit
- What content and photos to produce, and why
- Reading Search Console and analytics without needing me
- Tracking where each lead came from
- Linking correctly from social so people land in the right place
- Sharpening how your offers are presented
- The trust and conversion mistakes that quietly cost inquiries
Two sessions — one at launch, one reviewing real data in month two — plus written notes for your team.
In person in Marrakech
Available for Marrakech-based clients when it's useful to the project. Sessions can run in person rather than remotely.
- Watching how your team currently handles customers and inquiries
- Training whoever answers the phone or the messages
- Showing you what to update, and what to leave alone
- Reviewing your Google, social and profile setup together
- Explaining your analytics against your real operation
- Spotting gaps that are hard to see remotely
Session count varies by package, and remote works fine — most of my clients outside Marrakech are handled entirely over WhatsApp and calls.
To be straight about the limits: this is practical guidance around the website, search and inquiry system I build for you. I'm not a photographer, an accountant or an ad agency, and I'll tell you when something is outside what I can do well.
Seven steps, agreed before anything is built
You'll know the scope, the price and the dates in writing before I open an editor.
- 01
Business audit
Your services, customers, current presence and the competitors ranking above you.
- 02
Strategy
Pages, offers, keywords and the customer journey. Scope and dates go in writing here.
- 03
Build
Design and development, service page by service page.
- 04
Launch
Domain, search setup, structured data, tracking and profile routing all connected.
- 05
Grow
60 days using your real traffic data to improve what's working and fix what isn't.
- 06
Teach
Two sessions so you and your team can run the system.
- 07
Roadmap
A written, prioritised plan for what to do after I step back.
Timeline
Typically 3–4 weeks from content to launch
Ranges assume content and access arrive on time. The real dates are agreed in writing during Strategy, before any build begins — I don't quote a generic number before I've seen the scope.
What you need to provide
- Your services, pricing and any existing text
- Photos at full resolution, and access to shoot more if needed
- Logo and brand files if they exist
- Access to your domain, Google listing and social profiles
- Translated content where a second language is in scope
- One decision-maker who can approve work and answer questions
If content is the bottleneck — and it usually is — I'll tell you early and we plan around it.
What happens after the 60 days
Nothing switches off. There's no subscription to cancel and nothing held hostage.
- Everything is yours — site, accounts, content, tracking. No subscription
- You get a written roadmap: the keyword openings, page improvements and content worth doing next
- Your team has been trained and has notes to refer back to
- You can continue alone, or bring me back for specific pieces, quoted individually
The three packages side by side
Same approach at three depths. The current package is highlighted.

Not sure? Take the smaller one. Stepping up later costs less than paying for scope you didn't need.
The questions people actually ask
Why does this cost 7,000 MAD when someone will build a site for 1,500?
Because most of this isn't the website. A 1,500 MAD site is pages handed over — no keyword research, no structured data, no tracking, nobody watching after launch. Here roughly half the work happens around and after the build: research before, setup at launch, then 60 days using your actual numbers to improve it. If you only need pages, Launch or a cheaper builder is the honest answer.
What's actually different between this and Launch?
Launch gets you online correctly. Growth adds the acquisition work — keyword and competitor research, a page per service, structured data, AI-search structuring, conversion tracking, traffic routing from platforms, and 60 days of data-driven improvement instead of 30 days of settling.
Do you guarantee more customers or a Google position?
No. I don't control Google or your market, and anyone promising a position is overselling. What I can commit to is the work being done properly and you being able to see, in your own Search Console and analytics, exactly what's happening.
What if I need a big new feature during the 60 days?
Bug fixes, optimisation, copy changes and small improvements are included. A new major section, a booking system or a second language gets scoped and quoted separately, so the growth period stays focused on improving what's live.
How much of my time will this take?
Realistically a few hours across the project: one audit conversation, one strategy session, feedback at review points, and two coaching sessions. The heaviest part on your side is gathering content and photos early.
Start the Growth package
Tell me about the business and I'll come back with what I'd actually do first — including whether a smaller package would serve you better.
- Clear scope before work starts
- No surprise website subscription
- You keep ownership of the website
